Gasifier

A gasifier converts biomass and waste into producer gas commonly known as syngas; a clean, versatile energy source used for power generation, industrial heating, and the production of green fuels and chemicals.
 

Inside the gasifier, solid feedstocks such as biomass, agricultural residue, or municipal waste are exposed to controlled heat conditions. As the material enters from the top and moves downward, a series of thermochemical reactions convert it into producer gas, which is drawn out from the bottom of the reactor.

The result: a high-efficiency system that unlocks renewable energy from everyday waste.

Omni Processor

The Omni Processor is an advanced thermal treatment system that transforms fecal sludge into clean water, usable energy, and non-hazardous ash, making sanitation safe, decentralized, and resource-positive.

This self-contained system dries dewatered sludge and thermally processes it at high temperatures. During treatment, water is recovered through condensation, energy is generated through steam or heat recovery, and the remaining ash is stabilized for reuse or safe disposal.

The Omni Processor enables communities to manage waste onsite while producing clean, valuable outputs.

Pyrolyzer

A pyrolyzer breaks down organic materials at high temperatures in the absence of oxygen, producing solid char, pyro gas, and condensed oil. This process offers a sustainable way to convert industrial and organic waste into energy-rich and environmentally beneficial products.

Inside the oxygen-free reactor, dried feedstock is heated until it decomposes into three useful streams: gas that can be reused for process heating, liquid oils suitable for fuel applications, and solid char that can be used in soil enhancement or long-term carbon sequestration.

The pyrolyzer creates value from waste while reducing environmental impact.
